I had a very disappointing experience today. I have been a regular customer at this store, but during my recent visit, the clothing collection was not very appealing, although I genuinely liked the jewellery collection. However, I was informed by a sales representative that I could not purchase the jewellery unless I also bought a dress, as billing support was available only for clothing purchases. This was unexpected and left me quite dissatisfied.

Good collections around Onam & festive season. Supportive staffs (Thanks to Ms. Anitha for great service) which was highly helpful for me as feeding mother. Would highly recommend to visit once for a better trendy experience at Kayamkulam.

There is large collections of kurtis and sarees and they offer good customer service too.❤️

I will highly recommend this place. A great place for party wear sarees and churidars. They have very good collections. Staffs are very helpful not like other stores where they push us to buy more things.

worst experience from this outlet , the staff and especially the outlet manager , the way he talk to us when we return the item for exchange .  The way the staffs towards a customer is very bad .. i suggest never go to this outlet .. worst worst experience in this trends outlet
