I recently visited Puliyogare Palace and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious vegan options on their menu. The Puliyogare (tamarind rice) was the highlight, packed with tangy flavors and perfectly cooked rice. I also tried their vegan masala dosa and it did not disappoint. As a vegan, I appreciate restaurants that cater to my dietary preferences and Puliyogare Palace definitely exceeded my expectations. They have definitely earned a spot on my list of favorite vegan-friendly restaurants
