Worest service, from three months, I am doing follow up, no one responded to call, once they received call they tell give me some time will  tell wat the problem, then they will disconnect call, after that if I call  10 times they not picking call, still my mobile not got, I don't know who is the responisable person for tis shop, pls note this, u should give good service,
They r not call back also, I think we should give compland on tis thank you

Okay so. I have a lot to tell you people about this shop starting with "Even if there is some urgency to get your phone repaired, DONT GO TO THIS SHOP. Otherwise you will regret it your whole life". They charged me exactly the amount genuine Mi centre asks for a battery replacement that is Rs 2400. I took the service on 2nd jan 2022. The battery got swelled in just 3 days with a power backup of 30 mins on 100 percent charge. They replaced it after visiting the shop for 6 days. In those 6 days the manager even told me "there is no guarantee for human life how do you expect a guarantee in mobile." I heard this even when it was clearly mentioned a guarantee of 3 months. But still they changed it after a while. And today its 6th march and battery is not even responding without a charger ; like a telephone. Usually they keep their shop closed so you wont be getting a post service anyway.
So you better throw your money to somewhere else but dont come to this shop. The manager is rude and irrational.

Appreciate the level of service provided  no hidden charges  nor any hazel been to repair my phone. Handled in a good way

They do not accept Oneplus Watches for any repair works.

Worst place to give your phone for repairing. They will make it even worse. I gave my 1+ 3T to fix the broken display, they say 3 months warranty. My display stopped working within 2 days time. And then they were putting the blame on me saying i did something wrong. After a huge argument they again kept it for a week but the display was not fixed properly. They kept it for one more day then the lock key stopped working. Now finally when I have got my phone back after 8 days the volume key has stopped working. Worst people sitting their with worst service. I wasted my money and time going there.

Resovlved my software problem phone had battery and software problem they fixed it

My rate is not 1 its -10 for 10. i do not have a option to rate like though. This is not one plus service center and it was branch of most worst rated service center excellent cellular from Wilson garden. I gave my One plus one  for service due to Battery issues. They took almost 12 days with repeated follow-ups service center guy cooking same stories that it will get repaired in 2 days. I got frustrated with same replies repeatedly from the guy in service center. Finally i took back my mobile. Service centre guy confidently telling same cooking stories that " NO BODY CAN REPAIR IF WE CAN'T" to pass few more days. I gave it on of Totoodo service they repaired same in 3 hours. I lost almost 12 days for this poor service center with out minimal knowledge of repair and unprofessional behavior.

My sincere advice- These guys are not at all professional and they never return your product on time. Avoid these type of Ass holes and look for some better ones. In between visits, I saw these guys in physical fight with one of the customer who give his VIVO phone for repair and these guys broke his mobile back panel, that lead to word to word fight to physical. If you need an headache and impatience just take your mobile to this service center.

Scam alert!!
It shows up as a service center for many leading brands in Google search but its not genuine. The real name is Excellent Cellular. I went for an OP2 screen repair and they put a flimsy screen with none of the sensors working. They out right denied to take responsibility with some lame excuse. Unreasonable and rude staff.
Real wastage of time and money. Keep away and go to an authorised service center instead..

He spoiled my oneplus. After service, it stopped working. Service center guy doesn't know anything about the phones. This is not a oneplus service center.

They refused to give bill for the payment.

One of the bad service center in Bangalore don't visit it they eat up our time and will not deliver in time

They formatted my phone without asking me and said that they had to do a software upgrade. When i asked how they did a software upgrade because my phone was on the latest version, they told me that they installed the latest version again after formatting. They charged me a huge amount after formatting my phone which i could have done by myself. It's a con and an unreliable centre. Please do not go there.

Honest and quick service for one plus 3T, while other service providers would have suggested a larger not required service Ahmed quickly solved the issue .

Also infornainfo about the process, will recommend for anything related for phones laptops and tablets

They charged me 650 for just gumming the OnePlus 6T opened display without the bill.
It can be done for free or 50-100rs in other local shops.

I don’t know who gave them 4-5 stars. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Arrogant people , worst service. They are just looting people and giving bad experience. If you take your phone to them with one problem, be ready to deal with few new problems with your phone.
They are just running a fake business

It's not authorized one plus service center. Gave our phone by mistake, didn't resolve the issue. Wasted out money. Not recommend. Please be aware of this kind of shops. Arrogant people who work there, will  not respond any query. Didn't received bill for our payment.

Worst service center i gave them my phone because of battery issue  they changed the original phone parts & take 14to 20 days to repair but they don't do it  properly  i got frustrated & took phone from them , they r not professional at all don't give ur phone & if u give  than dint expect to get it back

First of all it's not an authorized  service center. 2nd after reaching this place was unavailable. When I Googled so many shope with same as OnePluse service center but they were all fake. On OnePlus site only Phoenix mall OnePlus center is listed so better go there.
