I recently visited The Grill And Cheese Cafe and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered Paleo diet options on their menu. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Sandwich and it was delicious! The bread was made from almond flour and the chicken was cooked in coconut oil, making it a perfect fit for my diet. The sandwich had a great balance of flavors and the portion size was just right. I would definitely recommend this cafe to my fellow Paleo lovers.

The Grill And Cheese Cafe is one of my favorite go-to's and my typical order of Cheesy Fries and Chicken is certainly not a disappointment. The food is cooked and presented nicely and is flavourful. Highly recommend!
