I recently tried the Ghee Tadka Khichdi from a restaurant and I must say, as someone who loves spicy food, I was thoroughly impressed. The Bengali Panch Phoran Khichdi was a perfect balance of spices and flavors. The ghee tadka added a delicious richness to the dish. It was evident that the ingredients were of high quality and it tasted like a homemade meal. I highly recommend this dish to anyone who enjoys spicy food, as it satisfied my cravings perfectly
