In conclusion, RV Rice Traders is a hidden gem for those seeking quality rice and household products. With their exceptional product quality, diverse selection, excellent customer service, sustainability efforts, and affordability, I can wholeheartedly recommend them. They have earned my trust and loyalty as a satisfied customer.

Staffs are not friendly

One of the worst experience, the employee are careless about our belongings and owner of the shop is behaving unethically when questioned them about our bag which we kept it in cupboard while going inside.

Please don't take any important belongings to the store

the person who own the store should understand every customer is important. He's kind of  autocratic And also employees are also behaving in same manner.
At the end they never really accepted their fault they keep on showing some other bag and saying it's belongs to us.

Owner of the shop having so much of attitude no respect for customers. Which made us get angry but we have no other option but leave the store and yes we lost our bag permanently, just think that instead of empty bag if we could have kept any important belongings by trusting them. What could have happened. (Because they won't allow your bag inside)

I hope this post will reach the owner who argued with us and the employees. at least from now on they will give respect to costumers and their belongings, Instead of arguing without sense.

I thought of rising this issue to consumer court to file a case but at the end it's no use so i thought of just sharing it in a Google reviews so it will help the people.

You get yourself for lesser price all the masala’s and cooking stuffs compared to marts , please check the expiry dates while you purchase. Aggressive on taking their service of packing things , less sense of humour people who works in the shops , not well trained including the person who takes your bill . They respect less for senior citizens on my visit for shopping on the particular day .

Variety of Grocery options from coffee to dry fruits to Rice to spices. A must visit nominal cost store for day to day Grocery requirement. Plenty of ranges available to choose from. A must visit collection around the area.

You cannot by oversight or inadvertence pick up an item and then after billing seek a return of the item which you felt was picked by error.
The bill and the display board over there says “ no return or no exchange”
Will the establishment make amends and provide the facility of exchange if not refund so that the customer would go there again and again considering the rates and quantity as well. Bill checking takes unreasonable time and there is no organised checking there and the crowd management is not
well done . They have to go a few extra miles.

Jaggery is Not organic, it's not pure, inside its Debris, check image's , How Fssai is Certified it..?

Over priced. Owner and workers  behaviour not good

This is the place where u get all the needed grocery.  rates are reasonable compared to other shops but you should see which product has lesser rate and then buy.. Few products may get spoiled by insects since they bring loads of quantity. Major draw back with this is there is no home delivery.. We have to carry it ourselves that's a bit difficult task for those who stay in above floors.

Recently had been to VR rice apmc. They don't have locker to keep your belongings, nor token system for belongings. No safety of your belongings if you keep outside near counter. Attitude of properitor very rude towards customer. Not ready to take suggestion from customer. In fact they openly say don't come to our shop if you have concerns about safety of your belongings. Anyone can come take your bag especially if you are carrying laptop etc .

Not just is the price much lower than most other stores but the quality of goods were fabulous! 10/10 will recommend !

Whole billing staff is not at all interested to work. Customer need to wait for Billing staff to be free from mobile. If any vegetables spill from your basket while billing they would make you a big villain. Not a customer friendly place.

Very bad casher and staff not good service
And not changed item after billing itseems very bad experience. Don't buy any items from ther.
