Misleading Charges -
First, they say that AC installation is free. But actually, the installation charges are already included in the AC price. Then they ask you to make two separate payments — one for the AC and another for installation — without clearly explaining this at the time of purchase.
Very misleading and not transparent. Customers should be properly informed about all charges in advance. Not satisfied with the experience.

Bought a refrigerator from Reliance Digital, got a damaged piece. got very poor service on the replacement, offering only a 500 rupee discount 😅

Almost there for 3.5 hours due to some credit card discount issue , but although they were stand by all the time and solve issues and finally bought desire laptop. Also staff was technically sounded and given almost every questions relatable answers.

Pathetic experience in reliance digital bhavnagar..i bought Havells cooler and it's not giving cooling at all... ..contact for service but issue not resolved..During the buying, the sales person has hide many technical things and we feel like fraud and cheating .the sals person even not ready to listen our problem and behave very rudely n highly unprofessional way...we requested to return even after cutting some money but response was extremely bad... finally yesterday I hired auto and I throw the cooler back inside show room without receiving any money back... I feel loss of money even better than further dealing with those staff who are doing fraud and cheating to improve their sales ranking without caring customer concerns... great learning from reliance digital....
