I recently purchased the iPad A16 from this store and had an excellent experience. I was specifically looking for the pink color, and the team went the extra mile to arrange it for me. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and patient throughout the process, making the purchase smooth and hassle-free. On top of that, I received a Chroma TDS free with the iPad, which was a wonderful surprise. Overall, amazing service and a very customer-friendly store. Highly recommended!

I placed an order for OTG,  their techie refused to get the article checked at the time of delivery, stating that a technician with come for installation and demo. After waiting for 2 days I contacted them only to realize that no such installation is available on OTG.
When I opened the box, the OTG had a big dent on the top, now it has been 12 days I’m banging my head with their irresponsible staff only to get responses like ma’am 48 hours mei ho jayega, ma’am monday tk krwa dege.
Their manager Mr. Vishal refuses to attend any calls.
What a pathetic service and downfall of a prestigious brand like TATA.

I recently bought Apple MacBook M4 from Croma store. Had a very good experience, the staff was very cooperative and insightful. A big thanks to Karan and Varun for their friendly and supportive behaviour.

I was charged Rs 1000 for delivery whereas later I came to know from someone who had also purchased a similar product from the same store that the delivery is free. I was told to Google pay in an employee’s account. Absolutely lost my trust in Croma’s credibility.

Last night when store was closing we were just casually entered the showroom just to enquiry about some deals on the Tablet S 10 fe plus which was not available in many stores their Anil showed and explained in such a way that we made up our mind to purchase on next day morning Ms Arti make it vry convenient the purchase with discount ed offer this was a vry good experience purchasing from this Croma showroom.

Just wanted to send a huge thank you to Anuj, my brother, for his amazing guidance! I just bought a Macbook Air M4 and the whole experience was incredible. I managed to snag a great deal thanks to his advice. I got a fantastic student discount plus a bank credit card offer, totaling around 15% off! It was definitely a better deal than the 11% I would have gotten at the Apple store. Croma really came through! 🥰🤝

very poor service, even after 4 days of 55 inch qled tv purchase, its not getting installed, i called many time on shop but still none of engeneer call me for installation. tomorrow is sunday and they will take more than 7-10 days just for tv installation. not capable for delivering basic services. very bad experience.

Overall service was decent, and Akshay Rana was really helpful and supportive — truly appreciate his effort. But honestly, I was very disappointed with the AC temperature. It was so warm inside that it actually felt hotter than outside. This is completely unacceptable for a place that claims to offer comfort. Really hope management fixes this issue soon.

The store was extremely hot and humid during my visit. It was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t even stand inside for 10 minutes without sweating. This made the shopping experience very unpleasant. I hope the management can improve the ventilation or air conditioning as soon as possible.

Very disappointing experience. For the last 1 hour, they kept saying “we will call you in 5 minutes” to confirm product availability, but no one called back. Poor communication and lack of professionalism.
