I recently tried the Thalappakatti Chicken 65 Biryani from Dindigul Thalappakatti and I must say, it did not disappoint! The biryani had the perfect balance of spices and the chicken was cooked to perfection. What impressed me the most was the presentation of the dish, with a generous sprinkling of saffron and nuts on top. The sweetness of the biryani paired perfectly with the spiciness of the chicken 65.
