My son had gone to this service centre to service his play station as it was showing an error while turning it on , they inspected it and told that it was completely damaged and the motherboard needs to be replaced for which it’ll cost ₹9000/- and were told the error could happen again and there wasn’t any warranty , and they complained to my son that he was the one who had damaged it for which he felt responsible, he is just 9 years old .
I decided to get him a new one instead of servicing it for such a hefty price ,
Meanwhile I tried giving it in a near by service centre and with inspection they said that it just needed a reboot and would be ready in 10 mins , I got it rectified with this other service centre and he just charged me ₹400 /- ..
just think about the cheats working in the service centre , I’m sure they knew they were taking us for a ride ..

K G Electronics Coimbatore really disappointing. Very bad customer service. I had approached them for a party speaker service. The technician is not even ready to listen the complaint. Simply saying warranty over. No other options.
WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH SONY AUTHORISED SERVICE  CENTER.

I went to repair my Sony ear buds WF-500 which is 1.3 years old (right ear bud is not audible) , technician did not even tried to open and see the issue just they tried to restart and said you need to replace right ear bud which will cost 3K.

I have given to local service center in Ghandipuram

This is the worst service centre I have ever seen. I called them in June 2025 regarding my Sony Bravia television, and even today (31.08.2025) they have not resolved the problem. Every time I call, they just say ‘we will do it today, sir,’ but nothing happens. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

My sweet kittan bites my Sony MDR-ZX110 A left speaker wire and cuts it. I went to the Coimbatore Sony service center to fix the issue. The service people said can't fix this issue. Sadly returns home. Surprisingly my 75 year old dad fixed this issue within an hour. This is the service level from Sony

Please dont buy sony products  as the service technician didnt want to check the tv at all for what fault and simply suggested a new TV.

I have given my  Sony Alpha 7III camera for sensor cleaning (8th Oct,22). Very Prompt service ... done by Mr.Srinivasan, Service Engr . In addition he updated the Firmware in my camera  within stipulated time.
I appreciate Mr.Srinivasan (Service Engr) and also Ms.Anushya (the Reception section)... Good Sony Authorised Service center     in Coimbatore ....

Tv nd home theatre installed without demo and they don’t care which height they need to install the home theatre. Called nd requested for new demo but they never did. Worst experience for 1.5l purchases. Teach Yur technicians how to install and share demo they just wore ur branded shirt and do nothing.

I purchased a new sony airbuds ls900n and it have Equalizer problem and I make a conversation to kg electronics sony service center but they contumely conversate with me.i told the problem to consumer attendant girl but her's irrespective response is irritated me .worst response from kg electronics sony service center

Worst customer service. If you approach them with a product for service, they treat you like a **** . That too a middle aged man , who attended us, was the worst of all. Fire him! When asked for Playstation service, he told you guys can buy a new one and its not serviceable. And he was too harsh!!!!!!

Very worst people who are front office and no proper response even after many calls still no answer and too delays for service better to go for local service center.
. I will update once service done about their work skills on it.

Hello, I recently purchased Sony 65inch TV and Booked for installation. Mr.Imran and Mr.Santhosh from KG electronics did an excellent installation and demo for me. I strongly recommend Mr.Imran for his professional approach and smooth installation process.Happy to purchase Sony product.

They have no knowledge on service and ask us to simply change the entire board, which cost 8k. I have a home theatre and its with power supply issue and a spare part cost just Rs.350. They don't know to diagnose and fix the issue instead they want us to change the entire board.
