I recently tried the Cheese Mix Veg Uttapam at Rajesh Sahni's restaurant and it was definitely a standout dish for me. I recently visited Rajesh Sahni's and had the Butter Paneer Bhaji Burger - amazing! The flavour was incredible, the texture of the paneer was perfect and the blend of spices was balanced and tasty. Highly recommended.
