Fraud restaurant, and the Lady Owner, order was accepted after the payment. Order was delayed more than the expected time, I called Restaurant, the lady owner denied, she isn't accepting any orders from the magic pin as she didn't get paid and she had uninstalled the app and asked to place order offline or from Swiggy or Zomato. I mentioned if that is the case why your restaurant is listed on Magic pin and she mentioned that she has paid 7000 to them. She can't remove the name. Why does customer suffer for their internal concerns? The delivery boy reached at the Restaurant and the lady denied to provide order mentioning the same he called me and informed the same and told it's a small cloud kitchen sort of restaurant. They are running a scan. I waited for almost 1.5 HR, Cust support was pathetic and unresponsive. Please don't order from this Restaurant from any platform. At the end after 1.5 HR order was cancelled.
