I recently dined at Authentic Punjabi Food and was pleasantly surprised by their extensive vegan options. I opted for the Paneer Bhurji Combo, and it did not disappoint. The vegan paneer was cooked to perfection, and the side dishes were bursting with flavor. As a vegan, it's sometimes hard to find authentic Indian food, but this restaurant exceeded my expectations.
