My recent experience with Burger King at Omaxe Connaught Place, Greater Noida Beta 2, was utterly disappointing and bizarre. This time, I opted for home delivery, and the service was just as poor. First, the delivery was significantly delayed. When my order finally arrived, it was the wrong item. I ordered a Whopper but received a chicken sandwich instead. When I called to report the mistake, the staff seemed indifferent and offered no immediate solution. The entire experience was frustrating. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service were unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this Burger King outlet to anyone. It was a weird and unsatisfactory experience that left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively.
