I recently went to New Indian & Chinese and was delighted to find out that they had a vegan menu along with their regular items. I tried their Chicken Tikka Paratha and it was absolutely delicious. The paratha was cooked to perfection and the filling was flavorful and satisfying. As someone who prefers vegan options, this was a great find.
