I recently visited KS Communication to get help with my Apple Watch band, which was stuck due to corrosion and just wouldn’t come off. Ankit went above and beyond to fix the issue, he spent a great deal of time patiently working on it and eventually managed to remove the band without causing any damage to the watch.

What really stood out to me was his genuine kindness. Despite all the effort he put in, he refused to take any payment, even when I insisted. I was truly touched by his gesture.

Highly recommend KS Communication for any electronic product. Great service and even better people!

Absolutely horrible experience.
I wanted to get my phone's screen replaced. I decided to go to this shop on seeing many positive reviews online. I specifically cross-checked with them before going if they had a replacement screen.  When I reached to the shop I was told me that the initially decided screen was part of a faulty batch. So he made me go for a much costlier version (  I wasn't informed of this 'faulty batch' when I contacted him thrice via call to decide the price). He then made me wait for someone who took over 2hrs to get another screen from some other shop. I was fine with this as  well until and unless my phone was repaired. I was handed over my phone with the new screen so I paid him the extra price. I almost immediately noticed that my phone's volume buttons stopped working. When I told him of this I was told that it was due to rubber bands along the sides of the phone placed to hold the newly glued screen. Now that I have removed those bands the volume buttons are still not working. Absolutely horrible experience, I ended paying him extra and getting my phone's volume button damaged.

Update- I visited the store again and I was told that the promise made, that is if my phone volume buttons were damaged while changing the display they would repair it for free, was no longer valid. I would advise others to choose some other shop.

Worst experience ever!!! Purchased iPhone 13 recently. 2500 Rs more than online price since I required it on immediate basis. The phone had a problem with audio which I tested at least by making 30+ calls to different numbers but for all the calls, the issue was with audio. I visited the shop the next day of purchasing the phone. But the staff members tried to convince me that there was no issue with the mobile speaker. There was no co-operation although the piece was faulty. They told me they can't do anything and asked me to visit the Apple store. I strongly recommend not to purchase anything from this store.
Please stop scamming consumers!!!
