I ordered a customized blackforest photo cake (1kg) in the morning and selected the 3-5pm slot but they called me within an hour from the ordered time and asked me if they could deliver it at that moment itself as someone in my area had also ordered a cake too. I told them that I need it only between 3-5pm as it would be convenient for me. They understood me and delivered it before 5pm. I had no issues whatsoever. The image which I had attached was printed perfectly. I have enclosed a pic of the cake. I appreciate you guys for serving with such quality. I never expected the image to come out this well. The taste of the blackforest cake was good too. We enjoyed the occasion. Thanks for making our memories, a remarkable one. A big thanks to the whole team who were behind this cake. Thanks to the delivery man too. There were no hiccups or problems. I am very satisfied with the cake. I recommend these guys 💯 Order your cake from these guys. You won't be disappointed. We had an amazing experience at Cake Plaza. I ordered a 1.5 kg butterscotch designer cake and a 1.5 kg pineapple cake. I first contacted through WhatsApp and asked for designs for butterfly theme. I received lots of designs and options. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. I then went to the store to finalize everything and the staff and manager were very helpful. The cake was delicious and very soft and complemented our theme perfectly. All our guests appreciated it. We will definitely come back here for other cakes

Chose their service for first time and place order for two cakes same day in Delhi and Chandigarh, timely delivered within 2-hour slot and the process was quick from placing order to delivery. Also received discount for next purchase, so far excellent experience and taste was also amazing. Actual cakes were slightly different to the pictures but still nice experience

I recently visited Cake Plaza and tried their Black Forest Cake, and I must say, it was amazing! The cake had a perfect balance of moistness and richness, and the chocolate shavings on top added a nice crunch. But what really stole the show for me was the spiciness of the cake.
