I had a very good experience shopping at the store, thanks to the well-mannered staff. I would definitely suggest visiting the store. The billing process was decent and efficient, and they offer excellent products. Overall, it was a highly satisfactory shopping trip.

I think the cost of every product are too high when compared to there website and other online platforms… Buy only if there is any emergency or else please avoid this store

Many baby products like hair oil and Cetaphil face lotions missing

Firstcry stores have heavy costs compared to the same product on their website. You get additional discounts when you buy on website and save a lot of money. They have wierd policy to return only clothing and shoes. If you get other products they won't accept even in packed shape or get them for exchange. This rule is not applicable when you buy from online.

Never buy products in this store and get your pockets cut.

Imp: employees are not well behaved. If you try to explain that something will cost less. They blindly say,  take it or leave as they are no way bothered about sales and only bothered about their salary.
