Unprofessional service. They do not have any kind of etiquettes to talk and deal with customers. Whole staff and owner of store is quite arrogant. They try to mislead customers by telling lots of technical stories and at the end charge you unnecessarily. Also, their home service is a big disaster. Better not to visit this store.

Worst and rude service experience, I had purchased Elica Chimney, I could have purchased it online with less price but I decided to go for offline purchase so as to get good fitting and prompt service. But my experince is totally opposite. Hopeless service.

They charged 500/- for fitting the chimney. But did not even bother to get it fitted.

Worst , they don't sell new they sell us refurbished product and say that it is new

Nice staff with good knowledge about the products which they are selling.
Mr Vijay who works in a sideby shop is very well in fixing computers and laptops, I had my HP laptop screen broken, which he replaced in half hour in front of me using a nice and cheaper screen.

Absolutely terrible service. Original parts of our product were replaced with faulty scrap parts. Our entire product had to be scrapped. Unresponsive and arrogant staff, including the owner of the facility, multiple complaints went unanswered.

This place will offer you several types of good quality equipments, but after sales support is nightmare. I would suggest you to find different alternatives for maintenance of your product.
