I recently had the Basil Pesto Pasta at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters and it was absolutely delicious. The past was cooked perfectly and the pesto sauce had a great combination of flavors. Highly recommend!

It was an absolute honour for me to be @bluetokaicoffee 's Guest Barista and serve their delicious coffees to customers and friends.
I remember helping with at least 30 orders in the span of a few hours, including Lattes, Cappuccinos, Vietnamese iced latte, Pour Overs, Espressos and Mochas. ??
The experience was a little different, as being a home brewer, I'm not used to this rush. I enjoy taking time to make my coffee. But making and serving coffee to people who paid for it and stood in line is altogether a different yet fulfilling experience in its own way.
I've developed some mad respect for Baristas all around! I was also consciously checking how many orders I could finish every hour and realised that with each hour, my efficiency only improved. ?
I'm extremely happy with the entire experience and grateful to the Blue Tokai team for showing me their ways and trusting me with the process.
