I visited the store to purchase a Casio watch. Before making the payment, I specifically asked the salesperson about the final price. The salesperson confidently informed me that the selected watch was available with a 20% discount, along with an additional 7% discount if the payment was made through UPI. Based on this information, I proceeded with the purchase process. I was asked to download the Magicpin application and redeem Lifestyle vouchers. After paying ₹13,500, I was directed to the billing counter to collect the watch. However, during billing, I was informed that the promised 20% discount was not actually available on the selected watch. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff asked me to wait for another week until the offer became available. Later, the senior manager suggested that I purchase other products from the Lifestyle store for the same value. This experience was highly disappointing. I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a specific watch and relied on the pricing information provided by the salesperson. The incorrect information misled me into making the payment, and rather than offering an appropriate resolution, the staff attempted to persuade me to buy unrelated products, resulting in unnecessary inconvenience and a significant waste of my time.
