I recently visited Bhukkad Ji Food and was excited to see their Chaap Tandoori Tikka on the menu. As a gluten-free eater, I am always on the lookout for options that accommodate my dietary needs. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the tikka was gluten-free and it tasted absolutely delicious! The marinade was perfectly balanced and the chaap was cooked to perfection.
