I recently ordered from Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters for our office lunch and was thoroughly impressed! The espresso was smooth and perfectly brewed. Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters' Roasted Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Homemade Pesto Sauce Croisstata was absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the crust was perfectly crisp. Highly recommend for an amazing snack!
