Wonton wrapper:
Maida - 250g Water - 120g Salt - 3g
Filling:
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp Paneer - 200g Mushroom - 1/2 cup Spring onion - 4 bulbs Broccoli - 1 cup Teekha Chaska - 6 pack Garlic - 2 tbsp minced Ginger - 2 tsp minced Soy sauce - 6 tsp Salt - to taste Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Gravy:
Butter - 1 tbsp Garlic - 2 cloves, minced Crushed tomatoes - 2 tbsp Teekha Chaska - 3 packets Heavy cream - 1/2 cup Mozzarella + Cheddar - 1/2 cup Wanton water - 1-2 tbsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Black pepper - 1/4 tsp Coriander - to garnish
To make the wonton wrapper: Mix the dough ingredients in a large bowl. Knead it for 10 minutes then let it rest for 45 minutes so the gluten relaxes. Afterward, knead it for another 5 minutes before rolling the dough into a large, thin sheet. For uniformity, tidy the sheet into a rectangle using a ruler and cut into 8x8 cm squares. Make sure you dust each square with cornflour generously to avoid them sticking to each other.
The rest of the recipe is fairly straightforward but if you want the full write up along with some great tips and tricks, comment “CHEESY WONTONS” and I’ll send you the Google doc.

He craved Kimchi Fried Rice… and you know I had to add my desi twist ?️✨ Faasos Teekha Chaska is my not-so-secret hack for that extra spicy, chatpata flavour ?
Here’s how I made it:
Ingredients: ? 2 cups Cold cooked rice ? Kimchi (with a little juice) ? Gochujang ?️ 2-3 sachets of Faasos Teekha Chaska ? 4-5 Chopped garlic ? 1 Onion + green chilli ?️ 1 tbsp Soy sauce ? Fried egg (for topping) ? Spring onions & sesame seeds (optional)
Steps: 1️⃣ Heat a little sesame oil (or any oil you have). 2️⃣ Add chopped garlic, onion & green chilli. Sauté till soft. 3️⃣ Stir in kimchi and cook for 2-3 mins. 4️⃣ Add gochujang, soy sauce + Faasos Teekha Chaska. Mix well. 5️⃣ Toss in your cold cooked rice. Stir till everything’s coated and glossy. 6️⃣ Add a little kimchi juice and 1 tbsp of sesame oil for extra flavour (optional but ?). 7️⃣ Top with a fried egg, sprinkle spring onions & sesame seeds.
And done. This one turned out insane — spicy, chatpata and sir-approved ? Save this for your next K-food craving❤️
