I had a very bad impression of this store due to a purchase during the lockdown the product bought back then turned out to be bad. But this time it was different the manager in this visit about a month back helped me get the best pair in that price range and was sorry about the indidance that has happened couple of years back.

Gaurav and Hussain these 2 store representatives are truly customer centric, also entire store staff is Very cooperative. This is store is much better than any online service, since Bata’s customer care experience is very bad. This is the exact service why we still prefer walk-in in store experience and not go for online orders despite of online discounts.
