I recently had the opportunity to try the gluten-free options at Hotel Prashant and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and taste. The Puri Bhaji, in particular, was a standout dish. Not only was it gluten-free, but it was also packed with flavor and had a great texture. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, it can be challenging to find delicious options, but Hotel Prashant definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for tasty and accommodating
