Ingredients
• Naturals Malai Ice Cream: 5-6 scoops
• Custard powder: 1/4 cup (or more, if needed)
• Digestive biscuits ?
• Strawberries (for garnish and layering)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Custard Base:
• In a saucepan, melt Naturals Malai Ice Cream over low heat until it becomes liquid.
• Gradually add the custard powder, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
• Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens. If needed, add more custard powder for a thicker consistency.
• Let the custard cool completely.
2. Add malai Ice Cream:
• Once the custard is cool, gently fold in 2 scoops of malai ice cream to enhance the creaminess. Mix well.
3. Assemble the Dessert:
• In a serving dish, place a layer of Marie biscuits as the base.
• Pour the prepared custard over the biscuits, ensuring it covers them evenly.
• Garnish with sliced strawberries on top.
4. Freeze and Serve:
• Cover the dish and freeze overnight for the best texture.
• Serve chilled and enjoy!

OMG ?you won’t believe, today i didn’t have milk and sugar to put in my Saffron Tres Leches so i tried it with Naturals Malai Icecream and it turned out to be simply amazing.

*Saffron Tres Leches*

Wet ingredients:
2 tbsp warm water
10/15 Saffron strands
2 scoops natural ice cream
Curd: 1/2 cup
Neutral flavoured Oil: 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract : 1/2 tsp

Dry ingredients:
Maida: 1 cup
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Baking soda: 1/2 tsp

Bake in a preheated oven at 180*c for 30-40 mins or until done.

For the Saffron Milk:

- 3 scoops naturals ice cream
- 8-10 strands of saffron
- 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
