Reviews summary
Customers find the merchant generally reliable with timely preparation and solid on-premise service, but recurring delivery issues — long unassigned wait times and tip-related confusion — have led to cold, unacceptable orders for some users. While many orders arrive prepared on time, the delivery system and unclear tipping expectations are the main pain points to address.
