Today marks a delightful chapter in Chennai’s culinary journey as @naturalicecream opens its first official outlet on Khader Nawaz Khan Road! ?✨ (Yes, any others with the same name weren’t the original . They were also not available online in chennai so far. This is officially their original store :)

My favourite ofcourse is the iconic Tender Coconut ice cream – named one of the Top 100 Ice Creams in the World by TasteAtlas (a global food ranking authority) . Also must try their seasonal flavours like Mango and litchi .

And the best part? These artisanal scoops come at a delightful price of just ₹90 each. Pure joy without breaking the bank! Plus these are all 100% Vegetarian :)

Ingredients:

1 tsp matcha powder
2–3 tbsp hot water
Ice cubes
1–2 scoops Naturals Malai Ice Cream

Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until it’s smooth and slightly frothy.

Add a few ice cubes to a glass.

Scoop 1–2 generous scoops of Naturals Malai Ice Cream over the ice.

Gently pour the matcha over the ice cream. Let it float and slightly melt into a creamy, earthy mix.

Sip, scoop, or stir, enjoy it your way!

This Mango Season try making this Mango Shahi Tudka. it’s rich creamy and absolutely delicious! The perfect dessert for you and your family.

Mango Shahi Tudka

What you need

-Ghee/Oil - 1/4th cup
-Bread Slices - 2-3
-Naturals Ice cream - 4-5 scoops
-Mango Pulp - 1 cup
-Bread crumbs - 1/4th cup
-Saffron water - 1 tbsp
-Cardamom Powder - 1/4th tsp
-Chopped Dry fruits

Method
-Cut off edges of bread slices and cut each slice diagonally.
-Heat a pan, add ghee/oil, once hot, fry bread slices till brown on both sides and remove.
-Heat a pan, add Naturals Ice Cream, once melts, add saffron water, cardamom powder and bread crumbs and cook till thickens and turn off the heat.
-Once it cools down, add mango pulp and mix well.
-Layer the mango mixture on a plate with the fried bread slices and garnish with chopped nuts.

To the one who’s still everyone’s baby—but spoils me like a mom! Celebrating Mother’s Day with the pure love of Naturals Malai Ice Cream—just milk, sugar, and lots of affection ❤️❤️

Recipes details-

Ingredients:
3 cups of @naturalicecream malai ice cream
6 tbsp cornflour
5 tbsp coffee powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Biscuits of choice

?In a saucepan, add @naturalicecream along with allthe other ingredients and heat on medium heat till it thickens
?Keep it aside to come to room temperature.
?To assemble the pudding, take a shallow dish , add biscuit layer followed by pudding mixture and repeat the process till you reach the top
?Freeze it overnight and garnish with chocolate ganache . Serve chillied
