Sarah Todd's favourite food Keema, but let's make it Mumbai style Keema Pav! Do try it and share your version with us @sarahtodd
Recipe
1. Marinate the chicken mince., Salt to taste, Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp, Red chilli powder 2 tbsp, Garam masala ½ tbsp, Fresh coriander 2 tbsp (chopped), Green chilli paste 2 tbsp, Ghee 1 tbsp, Dahi 1 cup (whisked thoroughly) and set aside.

2. In a kadai heat up oil and add in Jeera (cumin seeds) 1 tbsp, Tej patta (bay leaf) 2-3 nos., Dalchini (cinnamon stick) 1 inch, Sabut kaali mirch (black peppercorns) 1 tsp, Laung (cloves) 3-4 nos, Hari/choti elaichi (green cardamom) 2-3 nos. and saute until fragrant. Add in Onions 200gms chopped, Ginger garlic paste 3tbsp, Coriander stems 1 tbsp (chopped) and saute until onions have browned.

3. Next add in Turmeric powder ½ tsp, Red chilli powder 3 tbsp, Coriander powder 3 tbsp, Jeera powder 1 tbsp, Black pepper powder ½ tsp and saute well. Add the marinated kheema and cook for 12-15 minutes covered.
4. Finish with salt Garam masala a large pinch, Kasuri methi ½ tsp, Lemon juice 1 tbsp, Green chillies 3-4 nos., Fresh coriander leaves and serve.
