Worst experience with Reliance Digital! I purchased a TV and even after 24 hours, they failed to deliver it. When I called to ask about the delay, instead of giving me a proper update, their staff spoke rudely and unprofessionally, even telling me things like “you have given me a bad day.” This is completely unacceptable.

If this is the level of service and attitude they provide after taking full payment, imagine the struggle for installation, warranty, or after-sales service. I strongly warn everyone do not waste your money or trust with Reliance Digital. There are plenty of other stores and online platforms that value their customers.

Reliance Digital = zero professionalism, zero customer care.

Please don't purchase any product from reliance digital maripur branch. Worst service and very bad behaviour of staff. They just fool you to take resq plan and take extra money for that and don't even respond you when service is needed. Just waste of money.

They have all gadgets like washing machine, fridge, A.C, smartphones.... Etc.
On all the items you will got best discount. Never go for finance and add scheme on product.

Never Buy any appliance from Reliance Digital,NEVER! The solid reason for saying it is the worst after sales service whether its the sales guy who sold the AC to me or the RESQ team which is the worst they just ignore your request.My AC just after installation had some problems so i called the guy who did the installation about the problem he said okay i will come and check it but he never came and after calling him again he said to register a complaint through the place where you bought the AC then they will hire a serviceman,i called the sales guy told him the problem he said ok i will register the complaint but he also never filled the complaint so i called him again and he just ignored my calls and all this is within the first few days of buying ac. If this is the kind if ignorance you get why buy from them there are lots of other options you can try so i will strongly suggest never buy any appliance from here and even if you bought it don't ever buy their RESQ care plan which is your money wasting on them.

Staff are generally helpful but may not always have in-depth technical knowledge beyond sales info. Pricing is reasonable, especially during online-offline combo offers. However, stock variety in high-performance or developer-specific laptops (like those with high RAM, SSD, and good GPUs) can be limited at times.

Never buy Anything from here, I repeat never. I’m saying this because I bought a ÁC few days back(15th May to be precise)  and everything was fine until the installation. The AC stopped cooling after few days of installation. After repeated calls the same person came and filled gas again and said now it will work and said “there was a minute leakage.” Again after 3-4 days cooling stopped and now no one is picking calls and we are helpless. The installation person looked like a loafer who doesn’t know anything and he took literally 4 hours to install the AC but we still believed him as he’s working for a reputed brand. FYI it was a hitachi 5-star 1.5 ton ÁC and I’ll surely do something as I’ve spend 50k for it. Lastly, I will suggest everyone to avoid shopping here as their attitude changes the second after you purchase the product.
