I had placed an order for 2 quantities of dosa, but unfortunately, I received only 1 quantity. When I asked the delivery agent about the missing item, he informed me that he had received only 1 dosa in the package and asked me to contact the merchant directly. This is extremely disappointing, especially as our guest is waiting for the food and we are now short of one meal. It feels like a case of negligence or mismanagement, and as a customer, I feel cheated. Please resolve this issue immediately by either: Sending the missing item on priority, or Initiating a refund for the missing dosa. Kindly treat this as urgent.
