The delivery boy did not fulfill my order

Absolutely pathetic experience. I ordered chicken gravy momos and instead received chicken fried momos, which is a completely different item. When I raised the issue, the seller straight up denied a refund instead of taking responsibility for their mistake. This is not just about wrong food, it is about zero accountability and poor customer service. If you cannot fulfill a basic order correctly and then refuse to fix it, you should not be in this business. Avoid ordering from this place unless you are okay receiving the wrong items and being ignored when you complain. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.
