For a normal straightening of hair at back of head they charged me 150 bucks which in past they have never charged. And their employee unnecessarily cut extra hair and also didn't properly straighten the hair. They only charged me cos their employee was sitting idle and had a booking from a different client for whom he was waiting.
Didn't like the limited options, inattentive staff, and promotions & discounts at this place
