Afghani Chaap

Perfect For starter Afghani Chaap is Prepared in thick cream with capsicum onions and mix of herbs Tandoori Malai Chaap, first take out the stick from the soya chaap. Now cut it into small pieces and keep it in a bowl. After this, mix curd, ginger-garlic paste, kasoori fenugreek and salt and apply it well on the chap, leave it for 15-20 minutes to marinate. Till then, roast the capsicum on the flame from all sides, like you fry the brinjal on the gas. After baking it, keep it to cool down for some time. When it cools down, remove the burnt layer with your hands. After this, grind the ripe capsicum and green chilies together. After this, add capsicum paste, cream curd, paneer, salt, tandoori masala, garam masala and red chili powder to the marinated soya chaap and mix it well. After mixing, keep it again for 15 to 20 minutes. Then heat oil in a pan on medium heat. After the oil is hot, add soya chaap and cook for 7-8 minutes. Lower the flame and let it cook well for some time. When it is cooked, turn off the flame and take it out in a plate and then garnish with coriander leaves. Your Tandoori Malai Chaap is ready, serve it with capsicum, chopped onions in slices and green chutney and lemon.
