It is my husband's birthday & when I ordered a cake, I thought the basic thing would be done, which was to send a small cake topper with "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" written even IF YOU MISSED READING MY REQUEST MESSAGE SENT ALONG. But not even a sign of it. Extremely disappointed.
