I recently had the pleasure of dining at the New Frontier Hotel and I was blown away by the quality of their Yellow Dal Tadka. This classic Indian dish was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of spice and flavor. The restaurant itself had a lovely ambience and the service was impeccable.
