The order was late by 45 minutes, I had a bus to catch so I left and asked magic pin to cancel my order as it was already late by 45 minutes. I even added a tip for the rider, They didn't cancel my order and after 2hrs from the time I ordered they called me that my order is at the door... I couldn't get it so then they cancelled my order and did not refund anything (they could have refunded half of my money at least) , that's how I lost 250 rupes to this worthless restaurant and app
