I recently visited Maa Bhagwati Restaurant and was delighted to find they offered vegan options. I tried their 2 Paneer Stuffed Paratha with plain curd and pickle, and it was absolutely delicious. The paneer filling was perfectly spiced and the paratha was cooked to perfection. The plain curd and pickle added the perfect tanginess to the dish.
