I am lodging a serious complaint against the restaurant. I had ordered vegetarian soup, but they delivered non-vegetarian soup instead. This is a grave issue as food preference (veg vs. non-veg) is a matter of personal belief, religion, and health. Such negligence is not just poor service but a serious breach of trust. I demand immediate refund of my order and strict action against the restaurant so that such mistakes are not repeated with any customer in future. Please confirm the action taken at the earliest.
