Customers report that a few dishes (like dal makhani, rolls and biryani) can be tasty and some patrons praise occasional good service, but the overall experience is marred by consistently tiny portions and frequent order problems—wrong, cold or poorly packed deliveries—that make many feel the food is poor value and unhygienic.
