I had placed an order which was initially accepted, but later I received a call from the shop owner stating that they could not fulfill the order and offered something else instead. When I expressed my concern, the shop owner spoke in a very rude and unprofessional manner, using inappropriate language. This behavior was completely unacceptable and disappointing. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action to ensure better service and customer treatment in the future.
