I am sharing my experience with JSS Structures for their future clients to not fall in the trap.

My advise would be to ask for finished project for review not the ongoing. Because if you see ongoing project you will definitely fall for trap.

Key highlights of JSS Structures
Non professional
Technically zero
Their labor team changes frequently that leads to poor quality of work.
Finishing of work is poor.
They would never stick to their promises.

To start with they are wonderful in way they show you a dream house or office however ground reality is completely opposite of it. I realized it after a year of frustration, chasing them for work, asking for decent construction and list goes on....

I was promised for 4 months work delivery and they took 8 to 9 months to deliver me a pathetic and sloppy construction.

It's been only 2 months they left my site and few balance jobs are done by me. At this moment rainwater is dripping inside the entire house because they didn't seal the roofs and walls properly.

All the paint has started to whither in matter of 2 months. All the walls have n no of cracks both inside and outside of Structure. Roof is leaking as the PCC was not done right. Bunch of amateurs were given the job to put that roof.

I would say only this that would hold there is just welding. Other than that I am not sure if the rest of the house is going to survive another season.

Those who want to go for prefab Structures or houses please make sure you hire Subject expert and review their finished properties instead of ongoing project.

My experience was next to worst with JSS Structures and now I have to spend more money to get things corrected by myself. Time lost and frustration is another thing which I can't bring back.

Such a pathetic work that I have to do it again.

Non trustworthy, unprofessional and non technical people. Poor quality and technical flaws in our house .. do visit the site and see for yourself.
