Ordered food at 3.37 p.m. afternoon. This order was delayed, multiple times the rider was re-assigned. They promised Rs 50 if order gets delayed and once order gets delayed they clearly mention that they're unaware of any such promises about refund. THIS IS 3RD TIME I AM FACING THIS PATHETIC SERVICE ISSUE. WORST SERVICE PARTNER IN THIS CATEGORY. THIRD CLASS CUSTOMER CARE CONTACT POINT. NO ACCOUNTABILITY NO PROMPT SERVICE

The store that is listed here has long been closed forever and still it is showing active on the platform. Moreover the order was accepted not sure from where if the store is not in existence and I had to wait for 1.30 minutes to cancel the order and even after such a long wait, the refund is still not credited to my credit card. Pathetic experience from magic pin delivery.
