Quick response and genuine service spare were provided by Mahesh Sir. I asked compatible ones but he was suggested to go for original as it won't be long lasting. Store and Mahesh Sir was recommended by my friend but found really trust worthy.

The technician was quick to understand this (by step-by-step troubleshooting approach) and suggested us to change the charger.

Have been a customer for over 5 years now. Laptop Sorry never disappoints. In 2021 during Covid when HP diagnosed a battery related  problem to be motherboard related and provided a quotation of over 70k, Laptop Store Aundh could arrange a battery and fix it for some 3k (repairing cost). Now I see they have become HP Authorised Parts Seller, which is good to see. Laptop Store Kharadi branch also was very prompt in replacing the battery this time in 2025.

It recieved very good service here. Everybody were very good with what they do and work here also got done swiftly. Every employee responded every time without fail whenever called.
