I recently visited The Fernery - Hotel Aurora Towers and had their Chicken and Egg Fried Rice. It was absolutely delicious. The flavour was spot on and the spice level was just perfect - not too spicy and not too bland. The chicken was cooked well and the egg was fried to perfection. The textures were perfect and the overall taste was amazing. I would highly recommend this dish if you're looking for something with a great kick.
