Very pathetic service, the box office person did not know how to use these gift cards. Asked me to wait for 2 minutes and made me wait more than 15 minutes. Didn't even say sorry. Had to register the complaint at their security counter where they wasted 15 more minutes. Eventually I had to use these vouchers online and pay an extra platform fee.

Theatre people are not accepting this mode of payment as they are trained on applying this such payment mode for redemption. What are we supposed to do. Kindly process refund.

First thing i was not able to redem my voucher because the code was invalid then i paid for my movie tickets then i complained on mail that the code was invalid they are saying my voucher is already redem the experience was not good regarding offline tickets

If any problem the voucher has not used within 60 days you have to extend other wise it’s a useless deal
