today morning I went a s rao nagar airtel store there is one drunk staff guy, and he is talking so rudely server is not working come after 3hrs ..also he is talking disgusting words ... Immediately I went another store near by radhika X road, they said there is no server issue and they done my work. I don't understand why airtel give job to that drunk fellow...

I've always had wonderful experiences with Mr. Harish Kumar at this Airtel store, but his recent assistance with my family prompted me to finally write a review. The way he guided them was exceptional and perfectly reflects the consistently excellent service I've always received. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has been my go-to person for everything from my broadband connection to my mobile plan. He is patient, professional, and always goes the extra mile to ensure all my questions are answered and my issues are fully resolved. It's because of his outstanding service that I continue to be a loyal Airtel customer. Highly recommended!

Hello everyone. My experience with Airtel Store at AS Raonagar has been excellent, in particular, staff by name of Harish Kumar. He is very courteous and always entertaining the clients with a smile. He understands your problem, works on it meticulously and explains to you in great details, absolutely to one's full satisfaction. One gets relief immediately. Job done by him is to perfection, wherein, there are no doubts left & one does not have to visit the Store again. He has a knack to take client into confidence and resolve the issue in first time. Sincere workers like him will surely increase Airtel business manifold. Thank you very much for your services.

Visited this store to get new SIM from Airtel, got the work done! Customer Rep was able to address all the questions asked. The only complaint we had was to wait for a while even though there are few customer service folks sitting idle.

I would like to close this airtel payment bank account, first of all I never asked to open the bank account, when I went to Airtel store for SIM related issues for my spouse, Airtel store representative have fraudulently without my knowledge he opened this Airtel Bank account and charged me 199/- + 49/- through scan to his phone. I immediately want to cancel this Airtel payment bank account, in order to complete their targets they are misleading the customers. Kindly do not visit this Airtel branch office and don't pay even a single penny without clear explanation and don't forgot to take a receipt for the payments you've made.

I visited the store last week for re-verification. I reached around 6:50 PM; the store was open and staff were available. The closing time was 8:00 PM, so there was nearly an hour left. However, the staff member said the applications were not working and asked me to come the next day. The tone used was not appropriate.

Most of the employees here were found to be less than efficient. For local customers who have plenty of leisure time, may enjoy waiting in the lobby.

I met Harish 4to5times in Airtel office in Dr A S Rao Nagar to get my doubts cleared about the change of speed in my existing WiFi. He has clarified my doubts patiently and arranged to send the technicians to rectify the problem I was facing with Reuters. He has been very co-operative. Last time I took my wife Sasikala to disscuss about the problem she was facing with her phone. He had solved the problem of her phone and cleared doubts to her satisfaction. She was very much satisfied with the way he received her.

3 times visited store always telling no server come after 4 o clock weast service do u people think customer is beggar

Not at all eligible for 1 rating also, they fell like working in call center  as i am not satisfied  with this branch

Really worst ….. doesn’t even provide proper service to the customer . I went for mobile portability for the prepaid and they denied to do that
With the vague knowledge they told Airtel is not supporting to convert in to prepaid , it can only be ported to postpaid
On the same day went to Begumpet ,there without asking any thing they had done my network portability in to prepaid … when I discuss the same thing at Begumpet store they laughed out loud and simply told me to raise a complaint on that store
It was really bad Brain less people were working in that store with vague knowledge
Highly disappointed with the service they are providing with all the false information they are providing to customers and trying forcing customers to take postpaid with all the manipulative information

even old people were scolding they are creating a trouble even to old people shame on the centre for really such a bad service provider
Taking salaries from Airtel and suggesting customers to go JIO . Which really shame

Place is neat. But the service is super slow !! For any issue, "server down". No order of recieving customers. "Go here, go there". Waste of time at this store.

The only one go help for me is Harish. He is super helpful for any kind of service help. He goes beyond and ready for service.
