The fries were cold and soggy and too oily and none of them was crunchy, totally disappointed

This is the second time I've faced the same issue. My previous order also had a problem and I had to request a refund. I placed another order expecting a better experience, but once again an item is missing. This is completely unacceptable. I request you to resolve this immediately by either arranging an instant redelivery of the missing XL Chicken Cheese Grilled Burger or processing the refund without any delay. Please do not make me wait another 11 hours. I expect this issue to be prioritized and resolved today. Thank you.
