The order was incomplete, as the chutney and other accompaniments that are normally served with the kulchas were missing. Moreover, the paneer kulchas contained an excessive amount of salt, making them difficult to eat and ruining the entire meal. I paid for this order expecting proper food quality and service, but the food delivered was not up to an acceptable standard. This is not the experience a customer expects after placing an order through your platform. I request you to look into this issue and initiate a full refund for my order. Please do not treat this as a minor complaint, as both the missing items and the poor food quality made the meal unsatisfactory.
